Site Reliability
Engineer
4.5+ years operating distributed infrastructure across AWS and Azure. I manage Kubernetes at scale, build observability pipelines, lead incident response, and drive SLO-based reliability programs. Reduced MTTR by 40% and operational toil by 60% across production SaaS environments.
A bit about me
Cloud infrastructure is my day job. Kubernetes clusters, observability pipelines, on-call rotations, incident response. The measure of a good week is an alert that never fired because someone built the right thing ahead of time.
I'm currently at UST Global as a Cloud Infrastructure Lead, working on AWS migrations for healthcare clients. Before that, three years at Pearson owning reliability for platforms that millions of students depended on, and two years at AWS in a security engineering role supporting enterprise customers.
Outside of work, I play pickleball and take it more seriously than I probably should. I also write a lot, mostly essays and half-finished ideas that occasionally turn into something worth keeping. And I am slowly working on a sitcom spec script that I genuinely believe has legs. One day.
